Next, will have a 45-minute appointment to discuss and walk through the project scope in your home. This helps us see your personal style and functional needs inside the home. It also allows us to get more specific to your project. The consultation is to talk about budget, needs, wants, and goals.

We provide tailored design packages from simply accessorizing or paint choices to space planning with specifying furniture and complete remodels. This helps you get the help you need, tailored to your goals.

We can provide CAD drawings and 3D Modeling of your space. This is where your dream is one step closer to reality. You can visualize the space in its entirety. This also helps the decision-making process go smoothly with samples to touch and a model to see.

Interior Design

IEDB specializes in both residential and commercial spaces. This firm offers many design services from buying accessories to a complete set of architectural drawings. Charges may be by an hourly fee or on a project basis. Please call for a free consultation.

IEDB begins every project with a vision. We begin with creating a schematic design moving forward toward the design development phase. This may include space planning with full furniture and finish specification. Our firm will also create elevations, sections, and details, as well as,3D models.

We believe that providing renderings of spaces helps the client fully visualize their space. The client then can understand the look of the design planned for them including all elements such as the furniture, finishes, and lighting.  If needed, we also can provide presentation boards and models of the space to help this visualization process.

Lighting Design

Our firm also believes that a lighting layout is beneficial to the overall design of a room functionally and aesthetically.

Various functions and tasks are completed throughout the day. A well-designed lighting plan will incorporate all tasks at all times of the day.

With a well-thought-out lighting plan, the design of the furniture and finishes will become complete and fulfill their maximum potential in the overall design.

 Our firm understands the California Title 24 Code for energy-efficient design and will plan this into the lighting design.

Accessorizing

IEDB provides accessorizing spaces and artwork placement. We ensure your home will be filled with personality and style.

With the use of throw pillows, blankets, candle sticks, and mirrors we can create drama and movement throughout the room. Gathering a collection of items brings new life to your space.

We offer this service free of charge with our interior design services or on an hourly basis for a one-time service. Please contact us for details.

Build

Once the design phase is complete, we begin the construction phase. Starting with pulling permits from the city to implementing the building process. We pride ourselves on many factors during this phase. Ordering all materials and delivery to the site in a timely manner.  The communication about what is happening on a daily to weekly basis, so there is no issue with all involved. We also note that the cleanliness of the job is handled on a daily basis.
